Meet the team:

Mark brings 30 years of financial leadership, business strategy and advisory experience. Mark began his career in client services for Deloitte and then pivoted to become a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson. As the Chief Financial Officer for divisions of LVMH Group, Baccarat, Inc., and B.B.D.O. Mark has presented and implemented his unique techniques across the United States as well as throughout Canada, Europe, South America and the Caribbean.

In 1993 Mark founded his own tax preparation and advisory practice which continues to serve satisfied clients throughout the United States.

Sid is a graduate of City College of New York and NYU School of Law.

Upon graduation, Sid began his career as an agent for the Internal Revenue Service. Sid later spent 30 years as Senior Editor at Research Institute of America, one of the nation’s leading publishers of tax law matters and guidance to professionals in the field.

Sid is also a nationally published author, with regular features in Time Magazine, Popular Mechanics and Sylvia Porter’s Personal Finance Magazine.

He has also traveled extensively as a subject matter expert lecturer, and has made multiple TV appearances, including NBC’s Today Show.

In addition, for many decades, Sid has run his own tax preparation and advisory practice, providing his expertise to both corporations and individuals across the country.
